Bacryp Scaling Program
Scaling refers to Bacryp’s ongoing simulated capital increase program, where an earning account’s simulated capital allocation is gradually increased based on performance and adherence to risk management rules.
Simulated capital increments in the Bacryp Funded Account can occur every 3 months on eligible earning accounts.
To qualify for a capital increase, the earning account must generate at least 10% net profit over 3 consecutive months. Additionally, the earning account must process at least 4 payouts within the 3-month period.
Scaling Plan Overview:
- Upgraded Profit Split of up to 90%.
- Balance scale-up of 25% every 3 months.
- Ongoing increases every 3 months if objectives are met.
- Trading objectives and restrictions remain the same as your original Evaluation Outline on an increased simulated balance.
- Maximum simulated capital allocation per trader of $3 million.
Additional Notes:
- All Access Fees published in this Trading Evaluation Outline and Fees are exclusive of relevant taxes or other statutory or regulatory costs. You are responsible for paying such amounts, and the Company may withhold or recover these from you in accordance with clause 14.
- An Active Trading Day refers to any single calendar day in which closed trades result in over 0.5% of the initial balance in notional profit accrued on a trading account.
- Hedging Between Accounts Definition: Using two different trading accounts to open opposing trades on the same instruments with the same lot size at the same time.
- Rules for Withdrawals: The first withdrawal can only be requested after 14 days of being a funded trader in the earning account stage.
- No and Yes: No means the feature is not allowed under any circumstances, and Yes means it is allowed, subject to certain conditions.
- Prohibited Trading Practices in the Earning Account Stage:
- Tick Scalping
- High-Frequency Trading
- Latency Arbitrage
- Account Management
- Reverse Arbitrage
- Martingale Trading
- Grid Trading
- Data Feed Manipulation
- Use of Delayed Data Feed
- During the funded stage, clients must maintain open positions for a minimum duration of 5 minutes for the trades to be considered valid.
- Prohibited Gambling Trading Practices in the Earning Account Stage:
- Overleveraging
- Overexposure
- One-sided Bets
- Hyperactive Trading
- Chasing losses and entering the opposite direction of a losing trade within a short timeframe of closing the losing position
- Definition of Gambling Behavior: “Gambling” refers to actions that violate this policy as per the trading strategies listed in point 8. Traders are expected to maintain a disciplined and well-calculated approach, avoiding excessively risky behaviors. - Grid Trading Definition: Grid trading in CFD forex trading is a systematic strategy involving placing a series of buy and sell orders at predetermined intervals (“grid” levels) above and below a set price level.
Residency Acknowledgement & Disclaimer:
For the purposes of the Terms and Conditions and this Schedule, Restricted Territories include Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Myanmar, Russia (or the Crimea, Donetsk, or Luhansk regions of Ukraine), Somalia, the United States, and Syria.
Residency Acknowledgement:
Passport holders from restricted countries can use our service if they are residents of non-restricted countries and can provide proof of residency visa.
Amendments to this Outline:
This Schedule may be updated or amended in accordance with clause 3.1 of the Terms. For any updates or changes affecting Access Fees, Evaluation Criteria, Funded Trader Criteria, or Potential Trader Payments, you will be given 1 day’s prior written notice before they apply to you.
IP Address Change Rule
If the IP address associated with an account changes drastically in terms of geographic location, the account will automatically be deemed invalid and closed immediately. The system will notify the account holder in the event of a significant IP address change. Additionally, the account holder is strictly prohibited from receiving assistance from third parties to bypass this rule or manipulate the IP address in any way. Violation of this rule will result in the immediate termination of the account, and no refunds or appeals will be permitted.
